According to the history of the patient, the answer to your question is no.
The radiologist mentioned also that there is a suspicion of an old trauma but because the <<instellings>> of the xrays might not be the best, it might be also an artifact.

This case is related with a 2 year old male cat, castrated, which started to lose weight and eat less, with no other complaints according with the owner. Almost 1 year ago, the cat had symptoms of lower urinary tract and since this time is taking c/d diet.

Thank you a lot Geert. I measured Kalium two more times, one in huislab and one time in an external lab. Both were 3,5 mmol/l. In the same time, the pu/pd problems stopped. Because i don’t trust this dog and especially the kalium , i would advice the owner for further work up because she didn’t want to continue further because of the…
